Shipping & Processing Times

Here at Best Value Diamonds and Gold, we do our best to ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible. Normally, orders have an approximate 24-48 business hour processing time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST) unless further verification is needed.

To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please be sure that your billing and shipping address both match for credit card purchases and that your shipping address is confirmed if using Paypal as your payment method. Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we may require further verification prior to shipping out the package.

In addition to our processing times, your package will be received depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please note that all estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include in-house processing times (24-48 business hours).

Various shipping carriers are used at our directions (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) depending on the purchase amount, shipping location, and shipping method chosen during checkout. Upon shipping out your order, a tracking number will be attached to your order and you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You may check the status of your order, as well as other details by logging in after purchasing.

Returns / Exchange Policies

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase as long as it meets the following requirements:

Product(s) are in original packaging, tags are still present, and jewelry has not been worn (new condition).

Custom sized rings cannot be returned for obvious reasons.

We do not accept returns on any jewelry that appears to have been tampered with in any shape or form.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase as long as the item(s) adhere to the requirements listed above for returns.
